Developed by Tourism HR Canada, this training is based on Line Cook National Occupational Standards, created with input from culinary professionals. While designed for the Canadian sector, the techniques, safety standards, and preparation methods are a perfect fit for the culinary demands of Bermuda’s dynamic food and hospitality scene.

Whether you’re plating dishes in a Dockyard bistro or preparing meals for a private event in Tucker’s Town, this course provides the culinary foundation and professional edge you need.

Upon completing all modules, you’ll earn a Certificate of Achievement, acknowledging your readiness to meet Bermuda’s high standards in food preparation and guest service.

The eLearning is structured into seven in-depth modules, covering essential kitchen operations and food preparation skills. Learners can move through the full course or focus on specific modules to build on their strengths.
