Designed to empower residents with specialized knowledge and skills, this programme is a major step toward positioning Bermuda as a world-class destination.
Built upon the foundation of the former Certified Tourism Ambassador programme, AnchorBDA is a Bermuda-led certification that reflects the island’s unique culture and hospitality standards. This new programme aims to:
Certified under the City & Guilds Assured quality mark, AnchorBDA offers internationally recognized credibility, ensuring that graduates meet global training benchmarks. Those who complete the six-course programme will earn a certificate and a co-branded digital credential/badge, verifying their expertise in Bermuda’s hospitality sector.

National Tourism Plan 2019-2026 – Understanding Bermuda’s long-term vision for tourism growth
Understanding Hospitality and Tourism in Bermuda – A deep dive into the local industry
Blue Flag: The Transformation of Bermuda from Past to Present – Exploring Bermuda’s rich history and its impact on tourism
Introduction to Sustainability – Learning how to support eco-friendly tourism
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Hospitality & Tourism – Emphasizing the importance of welcoming all visitors
Excellence in Service: Elevate Bermuda Together – Setting the standard for outstanding customer service
