This prestigious award, now a dedicated division in the Best of Bermuda Awards, is designed to set new benchmarks for service excellence and recognize businesses that go above and beyond in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A New Milestone in Bermuda’s Hospitality Industry

For over three decades, The Bermudian magazine has celebrated the island’s best businesses and professionals through its annual Best of Bermuda Awards. Now, with the addition of the Bermuda Hospitality Service Standards Award, the focus expands to highlight businesses that excel in guest service, employee well-being, and online reputation.
